    this plaque was made in Canada by the Canadian Hackney Pony Association.. They made a limited amount and sold them .. We purchased them 3 years in a row and then missed the last one.. It measures 9 x 7 1/2.. 3/4" thick.. It is made from cement or a plaster type material.. Heavy.. but made well..  This one is the Hackney Pleasure Pony in Pleasure cart.   I am starting to sell our colletion of Hackney items.. as we no longer need or have room.. as time goes on we need to clean out.  I have the set listed, check them out.
